Share your first experience…

Dental implantology has come a long way since 1965 with the first recipient of modern dental implant, Gösta Larsson (1931–2006), the first titanium dental implant placed into a human volunteer by Prof. Per-Ingvar Brånemark (May 3, 1929 – December 20, 2014), then Professor of Anatomy at Gothenburg University in Sweden. This was their first experience and first in dentistry.

Do you remember your first experience placing a dental implant? Yes! That’s it! How was that feeling? Excited, another milestone of your journey in dentistry?

Write your first experience in placing a dental implant, send it to us at [email protected] by 5th May 2020 and we will post it on our website for polling. The highest polled post with 50 or more polls will receive an encouragement token of SGD50/- courtesy from IADET.

Stay well, stay safe, stay home for now!
